Investment in real estates has remained Thuduc House’s strategic business focus since its establishment. As of late 2010, Thuduc House has developed over 30 property projects imcluding new urban areas, mid- and- high-end apartments, commercial centers, high – grade resorts and hotels.

Overseas investments

With profound experiences and a good partnership with overseas partners, Thuduc House goes beyond the local property market to pilot a property project investment in 2009 in a move to expand its business operation. Thuduc House joined hands with a US partner to invest in the first property project in the United States.

FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS

The goal of making financial investments is to balance business cycle, create support on land to the company and diversify asset portfolio to minimize risks. Financial investments of Thuduc House mainly focus on the followings:

• Making capital contribution for establishment of businesses.
• Making capital contribution by purchasing shares and becoming strategic shareholders.
• Financial investments under form of business co-operation contracts with property projects.

PRODUCTION, TRADING AND SERVICE INVESTMENTS

In order to enhance its effective operation as well as to bring increased values to the developing property projects, Thuduc House has set aside some capital to invest in some projects of production, trading and services, which are part of increased value chain for property industry and the company’s property project in particular.
