BUSINESS AWARDS
“Vietnam Gold Star Award” (in 4 consecutive years of 2006-2007-2008- 2009) granted by Vietnamese Youth Union and Vietnamese Business Association to the prominent brands and products of Vietnam.
Award of “Golden Cup for trademark in construction industry - Vietbuild” (in 03 consecutive years of 2006-2007-2008) granted by the Ministry of Construction to glorify the companies that have excellent achievements in offering new and high-quality products that meet the demands of construction and development of the country.
Award of “Excellent company in Vietnamese construction - VietReal” (in 03 consecutive years of 2006-2007-2008) granted by the Ministry of Construction to glorify and recognize the construction companies that deliver effective operation and make contribution to enforce the activities in the field of construction and real estate market of Vietnam.
The National Committee for Economic Co-operation granted the certificate of merit to Thuduc Housing Development Corporation for its excellent achievements in developing products and brand for international economic integration.
SMEs Association of Vietnam certificated that the products and service of Real Estate Investment and Financial investment of the company satisfy the requirement to be granted Golden Cup for Vietnam’s reliable and quality products in 2006.
Vietbrand Network certified Thuduc Housing Development Corporation to be granted the Golden Cup for being listed in Topten reliable and quality brands of Vietnam.
Association for Securities Trading granted Golden Cup for the leading joint stock company and for having the reliable securities in 2008;
Award of “Vietnam’s Golden Stock in 2009” granted by the professional board of the publication "Vietnam’s Golden Stock in 2009" for being voted the best stock code in more than 300 stock codes listed on HOSE and HASTC.
Receiving concurrently three golden cups from the organization board of the campaign “For the health and development of community”:
  • Golden cup for excellent business in 2009.
  • Golden cup for excellent brand in 2009.
  • Golden cup for excellent service of real estate in 2009.
Award given for the most impressive annual report and being listed in one of the 13 companies getting the highest marks in the “Selection for Annual Reports of 2008” held by selection board of the newspaper “ Securities Investment” and of HOSE.


Individual Awards
The General Director, Mr. Le Chi Hieu, was glorified and granted the title of “Prominent Businessman in 2009” and the title of “Saigon Prominent Businessman” in three consecutive years of 2007, 2008 and 2009”.
Especially, the Directors of the company had the honor to receive the certificate of merit from the Prime Minister for their excellent performances during their working period from 2003 to 2007 and their contribution to the development and defense of the country according to the Decision No. 82 QÑ/TTg dated 15 January 2009.
